About Me
Delivering Exceptional Service to Students
I recognize the potential in each one of my students. As a veteran homeschool parent for many years, I am aware of the unique challenges that homeschooling families face. Teaching IEW classes for many years (both in the classroom and at home with my own children), I have observed the benefits of this program. This unique writing program provides students with the tools and confidence to use writing to express their creativity and knowledge of the world around them. I am a patient, adaptable, and professional writing tutor who is ready to help families reach their writing goals for their children.

Where do you hold your teaching sessions?
All of my courses are being offered virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What are your qualifications?
The Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW) is an extraordinary program which equips parents and teachers with the tools they need to help their children become proficient writers. I am a registered instructor through the IEW program, and have completed more than 50 hours of instruction on the philosophy of this program. How do you charge for your teaching services?
Most of my students attend charter schools and use funds to pay for my course. I am currently a registered vendor with Mission Vista, Cabrillo Point, Pacific Coast, Blue Ridge, Springs, Excel, Sage Oak, and Sky Mountain. If you are enrolled with a different charter school and would like me to become a vendor, please let me know.
I also accept monthly payments via Venmo, PayPal, and check (for private pay families).
Costs for my classes are $55 per month, per student. All of my class sessions are recorded and available to enrolled families throughout the semester. I also provide feedback on all written submissions.
